2 lbs shrimp (Meijers buy one get one free works good!) defrost, or salad will be runny!

Couple stalks of celery, chopped

4 stalks green onion, chopped

2 cups (uncooked) elbow macaroni

4 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Green pepper, diced (optional)

2 cups Kraft mayonnaise

3/4 cup coffee cream

Cook macaroni in water until tender. Chop celery, onion, green pepper and egg. Beat mayo & coffee cream (doesn't have to be exact amounts--just make mayo creamy)

This recipe can be adjusted accordingly--more or less of anything!

Mix all together. Best if let to sit over night until serving.
