Cindy’s Nappa Cabbage Salad     Cindy Mansfield

 

1 head Nappa Cabbage Salad Chopped

1 bunch Green Onions Chopped

½ stick Butter or Margarine

1 package Ramen Noodles (discard seasoning) broken up

1 package slivered Almonds

3 tablespoonfuls Sesame Seeds

½ cup Vinegar

1 cup Oil

1 cup sugar

3-4 tablespoonfuls Soy Sauce

 

Melt butter in sauce pan and toast Noodles, Almonds and Sesame Seeds.  Mix vinegar, oil, sugar and soy sauce.  Toss everything together.  (I usually double everything but the dressing, which makes more than enough.)
